I had a lot of fun planning for the Dr. Seuss party today. I put it together kind of last minute because I thought it would be fun to share what we've been doing with Shaba Girl and the rest of the family. I think I went overboard with all of the activities, but I wanted something for everyone. I had stations set up around the living and dining rooms for people to choose what they wanted to do. Everyone had to wear a Thing 1 or Thing 2 badge and my rule was that everyone had to do at least one Seuss activity. :)
Here is a glimpse of our fun.
Shaba Girl wanted to dress colorfully today. I thought it was perfect for a Seuss party!

Station 3: Treats! Love Bug was ready for this one!
Station 5: Seuss BINGO
Horton Jenny. She had the fun idea of making the trunk!

Joe (my brother) working on his Thing 2 badge.
Love Bug wasn't so sure about the trunk.

Grandmommy aka The Master sharing her mixed-up animals as Love Bug looks on.
A Seussical collection of projects everyone did. Jenny made the pin-the-trunk on the elephant game.

Sweet Girl and Cheryl (my sister) in a heated game of Bingo. Cheryl won that round.
Sweet Girl and Granddaddy playing with Cheryl's silly putty prize.
Shaba Girl had these squishy balls out before we got there. Sweet Girl liked touching them.
And.....can't forget the Who Pudding for dessert. I love my mom's dessert cups!
